words that WORK,LLP is a company sort of, but more accurately a Limited Liability Partnership of a mother [me and I am Gloria Poole] and my only two children who are grown daughters whose names are Jennifer Borelli of Nebraska, and Leigh Bills of Missouri. I own 90% of it and Jennifer owns 5% and Leigh owns 5%, but I manage/ run it as a company being diligent and persistent and faithful to my work but it does not make any money, nor do I charge for people to read my words or view the paintings I have painted that are displayed on line. The purpose of it, is a mission, a ministry to spread the gospel to the entire world, and http://gloriapoole.com is my mission statement of my life as a Registered Nurse since 1971 and an artist for that long also.
This work began in the State of Georgia in 1991 and was registered there with the Secretary of State, in 1994, as an LLC with number K412678, and consisted then of citizen lobbying on behalf of the unborn children. That is certainly one of the goals still. as a citizen/woman/human to stop the premeditated killing of innocents is never far from my mind. The name,words that WORK,LLP, the company, the words, the websites, the domains, the trade names of wordsthatwork and words that work are registered to me in the State of Colorado, and owned by me. My grown daughters whose names are Jennifer Borelli of Nebraska, and Leigh Bills of Missouri own a five percent share and they are the only business partners of this work or any of my work and that is true since 1991.
However, I am the sole owner of my name written as gloriapoole or as Gloria Poole since it is my REAL name. If you steal my name you should know that you will probably go to prison. I also own and create work for other legal entities that are Limited Liability Partnerships of Life Media & Publishing LLP, and also words that WORK,LLP. This is not now and never has been for pay work but a missions for the Living LORD JESUS.
. This work is worldwide and that is very much my intent--to teach all nations. I am also the only painter of my paintings that are painted by me and signed by me* and the only person authorized to sell any of them. I have to make public declarations of these statements for several reasons. Those reasons are in order not to unintentionally mislead anyone as to the reality that I paint as an artist since I was about 23 yrs old, and I am also a Registered Nurse since 1971.
*It is possible that there is a painting not signed by me because it was stolen and I am not sure if it was finished; and also some sketches were stolen. That is why it is necessary to write these cautions for the public.
I have worked relentlessly on this work since 1991 and have continued it through "thick and thin" [feast or famine] as my grandmother would have said. I am never quitting working for JESUS until JESUS comes back to the earth to take to heaven HIS followers, or until I die, whichever comes first. I trust JESUS to preserve me physically,mentally,emotionally and in every way now.
